Clinical InterestNeonatal telemedicine and building high-functioning NICU teams through education and parent engagement.

Scholarly FocusSimulation research for safe patient care and improved clinical outcomes. Her research interests include the use of emerging technologies, including virtual simulation, machine learning and artificial intelligence as investigative methodologies in the areas of neonatal and transport team performance in local and global health settings.
