Dr. Warner-Grant attended Tulane University School of Medicine where she received an MD and PhD in 2012.  Following that, she came to University of Washington/Seattle Children's Hospital for residency and has been a member of the Division of Hospital Medicine faculty since 2015.

In addition to attending the General Medicine inpatient service, Dr. Warner-Grant has leadership roles as both the Medical Director of the Inpatient Medical Unit and Medical Director of Safety Event Review. In these roles, she works with leaders and frontline staff across the hospital to optimize patient care, learn from unexpected outcomes, and institute system-wide improvements.
