Dr. Roberts is Chair of the Seattle Children’s Hospital Resuscitation Committee, which oversees medical emergency teams including Code Blue, Code Green, Medical Emergency Team and Rapid Response Teams. She attends in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Dr. Roberts also leads the ICU United, which links the policy and practice of resuscitation to simulation in the ICU. Her research interests include resuscitation science, recognition and prevention of clinical deterioration and quality improvement.
