Annual Renewal Letter
Each year you will be sent a renewal letter requesting information about your involvement in the program. There is a list of options to explain how you are involved in the Department of Pediatrics and the teaching mission of the University of Washington School of Medicine. It is important that you respond to the letter, or you may be at risk of losing your Clinical Faculty appointment in the Department of Pediatrics.
If a Clinical Faculty member does not respond to the renewal letter for three consecutive years, their appointment will be placed on the deletion list for the Clinical Faculty Promotions Committee to consider deleting.
